What is your current turnaround time?

My standard turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks from the date your quilt arrives at my studio. I'll give you a more precise estimate when I receive your intake form.  If you need rush service - please send me an email to discuss options available.

How do you pay for my quilting?

Accepted Answer

Once your quilt is finished, I'll send an invoice to your email. You can pay securely via Venmo, Zelle or through PayPal. If local and picking up quilt I will accept cash or checks. Payment is required before the quilt is shipped back or picked up.

Question 3

Can I provide my own batting?

Yes! You are welcome to provide your own batting. It must be at least 4 inches larger than your quilt top on all sides and be a high-quality brand (like Warm & White, Hobbs, or Quilters Dream) to ensure the best results on the longarm.

How should I ship my quilt to you?

I recommend placing your quilt top and backing in a sturdy plastic bag (to protect against moisture) before placing it in a shipping box. Use a tracked shipping service like UPS or FedEx. I'll provide my full shipping address after you submit your intake form.

Do you offer binding services?

Accepted Answer

Currently, I am only offering machine binding. You can request this service as an add on to your order. If you prefer hand binding, your quilt will be returned to you with the excess batting and backing trimmed (or untrimmed, if requested), ready for you to apply your own binding.

Question 6

What if my quilt top is not square?

Accepted Answer

I do my best to 'quilt out' minor fullness or slight waves in borders. However, if a quilt top is significantly out of square, it may result in small tucks or pleats. I'll contact you if I identify any major issues before I begin quilting.
